Ultra Violet II

This painting does not ask for attention — it takes it. Masses of deep violet push against electric teal, held together by precise white and rose outlines that trace each shape like a voltage line. There is a contained power here that builds the longer you look.

Each form was built by hand over multiple sessions — layers of acrylic applied, scraped, and rebuilt until the surface had the weight it needed. The contour lines were drawn last, deliberately, by brush. The canvas texture is not hidden: it is part of the work.
